Petrolio UK are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator for one of our major UK clients who are a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries.
Location: Egham, Surrey, UK
Due to continued rapid expansion A Fortune 500 company requires a dedicated Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator, to support a new internal recruitment processes. The principal aim of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager, with the role primarily requiring the successful person carrying out key functions such as, but not limited to: arranging interviews, recruitment data collation, updating the database with new roles, candidates and information, arrange SHL testing, diary management, assisting with on-line presence via job boards and Social Media, reporting etc.
There is a good amount of autonomy in this role, so being self-motivated, having good time management skills, ability to work well under periods of pressure are essential, in order to carry out this role successfully. We are keen to have people who really want to make a positive impact on the business, and we provide a supportive environment for people to work within, in order to achieve this.
Prior recruitment is preferable, but not essential, however exceptional administration skills are, so if you have worked in an agency and looking to build a career in a non-sales type environment, or are currently working in an in-house or RPO capacity, then this role provides plenty of scope to establish yourself, in what is an exciting period within the company.
We require you to have...
•Proven experience working in an Administrative/Coordinator (or similar) capacity
•Strong Microsoft office skills; Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
•Experience in creation and placement of job advertisements on job boards
•Experience in report generation and data management
•Strong accuracy and attention to detail
•Responsive and timely execution of administrative support
•Experience managing diaries or recruitment events
•Experience in using software to track candidates through the recruitment process
•Understanding of the stages involved in the recruitment process
•Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Good interpersonal skills/outgoing personality Ideally you will also have some of the following, although not essential:
•Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
•Have experience of planning and attending recruitment/career fairs
•Experience in planning and managing SHL testing
•Used social media in the context of recruitment
•Understanding of the stages involved in the recruitment process
•Previous experience or strong interest in the Oil & Gas Industry
